We aim to provide as much unbiased information as possible, so that you our client can make a reassured, balanced choice of which property to buy.

We have chosen a selection of developers and agents from countries around the world who have a demonstrational history of dedicated care to their clients, quality properties and work with the best interest of the client in mind. We continue to work with our partners to ensure that these highest qualities are maintained and the level of service meets that expected by our clients.

An unbiased approach
We choose to display all our properties in an equal manner and not by pushing you towards developments that we may get higher commission for with big glossy brochures. All our experienced consultants are paid a salary and not on a commission basis so they will show properties that suit you and not ones we want to sell you.

No-pressure inspection trips.
Unfortunately some companies techniques of "ball and chain" viewing trips make people uneasy about attending viewing trips. Aquavista does, and always has, offered inspection trips which are on a one-to-one basis and on your terms. We will show you around the area and properties that you want to see, not what we want you to buy. You will have time to investigate the area by yourself and relax without an agent by your side the whole time!

We are with you all the way!
From the moment you contact us until you move into your new home we will support you every step of the way. We do not charge you for our after-sales care as we believe this is the level of service our clients expect from us. We have contacts of independent solicitors in each country that we sell if you would prefer this to the ones recommended by our partners.
